therapy for queer and intersectional identities
Therapy that considers all of you
Finding a therapeutic space where you don’t have to explain or teach—where your full self is understood—can feel like a challenge. The intersections of being queer, multiracial or bicultural, neurodivergent, and beyond can shape identity in profound ways, often making the search for belonging and wholeness complex.
As a queer, first-generation South Asian and Iranian therapist, I understand the relief of being seen without having to justify or educate. The weight of navigating family, community, and culture can feel lighter when you have a space to process, integrate, and simply be.
At Ufyemi Therapy, we offer a gentle, nonjudgmental space to explore the experiences, emotions, and stories that shape your life. With both lived experience and clinical expertise, I support clients in making sense of the painful or confusing moments, fostering a sense of embodiment, and reconnecting with joy, presence, and ease.
